Thermal Products carry a range of cable and cable products in stock.
SILICON CABLE
We stock a range of high temperature (180°C) silicon cable on the shelf. Predominantly in 1mm, 1.5mm & 2.5mm in Blue, Brown, Black, Red and Green Yellow. Other colours are available on request, but usually attract a minimum run quantity.
The cable we supply is a multi-stranded nickel-coated copper conductor with a 180°C silicon sheath.
We are able to supply smaller and larger diameter cable.
We also can supply higher temperature cables with glass braid sheathing.
FIBRE GLASS SHEATHING
Check the table below to see a complete list of the sizes available. Some sizes have limited availability which means that once our supplier has run out, we can no longer supply that size. The smaller diameter sleaving comes in rolls up to 250m, while the larger sizes (20mm +) are supplied in rolls of 50m. Diameter is measured as ID (Internal Diameter).
Thermal Products stock fibre glass sleaving, in 6mm, 8mm and 10mm, with sizes from 2mm through to 35mm available. We can also supply silcon coated fibre glass sleaving in various diameters.
This product is used to insulate cables in high temperature environments. Rated to 260°C. It is limited in its ability to provide electrical insulation, which is why the silicon coated option is provided. Silicon coated fibre glass sleaving is not stocked.

THERMOCOUPLE CABLE
We can supply most types of thermocouple cable (most commonly K & J) with different sheaths (PVC, Teflon, Stainless Steel Braid etc).
We are also able to get thermocouples manufactured to your specification, and have available numerous thermocouple components such as thermocouple jacks, extensions, clamps and the like.
TERMINALS & TERMINAL BLOCKS
We stock a variety of terminal blocks – from 1way through to 4way, up to 30Amps, and a limited number of high temperature terminals are also stocked.
