Electrical heating elements are our core product range. We stock hundreds of different elements on the shelf to suit domestic, commercial and industrial applications. There are also thousands of other elements that we are able to supply that are not stocked.

CARTRIDGE
Cartridge elements are used when trying to heat up or supply concentrated heat to solid metal components such as die blocks, moulds, plattens, heat sealing tools etc. Thermal Products can supply a range of metric and imperial sized cartridges manufactured locally and imported.
CERAMIC
Ceramic elements are used in many industries for many applications - usually where light is either not required or especially not wanted. They are also the most effective form of radiant emitter on the market.
COMMERCIAL
Elements for commercial applications are not as universal as domestic type elements.
While it’s relatively easy to put them into groups, there is no standard type of element to suit each group.

One of the things that we excel in is having customized elements manufactured for any application.
We have spent years developing relationships with factories all over Australia and the world to bring together the resources and experience required to get your custom project off the ground.
DOMESTIC OVEN
A huge range of oven elements are available from within our store. We stock nearly all elements which are still available to suit all Australian-made stoves, and a considerable range of elements to suit European cookers.
FINNED & UNFINNED
Finned and unfinned elements are generally used for air heating applications.
The most common application is ducted heating.
FORMABLE STRAIGHT
It’s not always an option to wait for a customised element to be manufactured from scratch. For this reason, and because of the versatility it offers, Thermal Products stocks two brands of straight length elements in different wattages that can be cold-formed prior to operation.
HOTPLATES
Electric hotplates are one of our most commonly sold spare parts. There are hundreds of thousands electric hobs in Australia, and we carry 95% of the replacement elements on the shelf. We also stock the solid hotplates as used in Commercial applications.
IN-FLOOR HEATING
In-Floor heating offers an even, clean and noiseless form of heating. Used all over the world for in domestic, commercial and industrial applications (from freezer room floors to snow-free roads and driveways, housing, and agriculture). We provide obligation-free quotes based on floor plans.
QIR LAMPS & LAMP ASSEMBLIES
Quartz Infra-Red (QIR) heating lamps are primarily designed to give off heat or operate in high temperatures.

We stock a large variety of water heating elements from residential hotwater systems to industrial and commercial aplications.
