CAPILLARY THERMOSTATS
Capillary thermostats are used predominantly in domestic and commercial applications. 99% of domestic ovens have a capillary thermostat in it as the primary temperature controller.
They are not as accurate as digital thermostats and usually a more cost-effective solution.
Functionally, it has a temperature sensitive liquid that expands and contracts with temperature rise and fall, and makes or breaks the switch contacts.
